摘要
目的:研究白术Atractylodes macrocephala地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20,ODS,RP-18反向硅胶等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从白术地上部分醇提取物中分离得到化合物14个,分别鉴定为白术内酯Ⅰ~Ⅲ(1~3),2-[(2E)-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl]-6-methyl-2,5-cyclohexa-diene-1,4-dione(4),2,6-二甲氧基苯酚(5),东莨菪内酯(6),对甲氧基肉桂酸(7),咖啡酸(8),阿魏酸(9),原儿茶酸(10),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(11),白藓苷A(12),紫丁香苷(13),甘露醇(14)。结论:所有化合物均为从白术地上部分中首次分出,其中4,5,7~12,14是首次从白术中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial part of Atractylodes macrocephala.Method:The constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis.Result:Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as atractylenolide Ⅰ-Ⅲ(1-3),2-[(2E)-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl]-6-methyl-2,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione(4),2,6-dimethoxyphenol(5),scopoletin(6),4-methoxycinnamic acid(7),caffeic acid(8),ferulic acid(9),protocatechuic acid(10),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(11),dictamnoside A(12),syringin(13),D-mannitol(14).Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from the aerial part of A.macrocephala for the first time and compounds 4,5,7-12,14 were isolated from this species for the first time.
