摘要
目的:观察电针四神聪穴对抑郁症患者血清五羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)含量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,电针组采用电针四神聪穴治疗,每天1次,每次30分钟;药物组予帕罗西汀片治疗,每次20mg,每天1次,2组均治疗4周为1疗程,分别于治疗前和治疗1疗程后检测血清5-HT、DA含量。结果:治疗后,2组血清中5-HT含量分别与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),2组治疗后比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗后电针组血清DA含量与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),药物组血清DA含量与治疗前比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后电针组血清DA含量与药物组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针四神聪穴可以通过提高单胺类物质在体内的含量,从而起到抗抑郁作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at Sishencong (Ex-HN1) on concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and dopamine (DA) in serum of depression patients. Methods: Sixty depression patients were randomized into EA group and western medicine group, 30 cases in each group. EA group received EA on Ex-HN1 points, once per day and 30 min for each time. The western medicine group were treated with oral administration of Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets 20 mg, once per day. The treatment lasted 4 weeks. The serum concentrations of 5-HT and DA in were detected before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the concentrations of 5-HT in the two groups increased significantly compared to that before treatment (P 〈 0.01), but the difference between two group was insignificant after treatment (P 〉 0.05). The concentrations of DA in EA group increased significantly compared to that before treatment (P 〈 0.01), but the increase in western medicine group was insignificant before and after treatment (P 〉 0.05). After treatment, DA in EA group differed from that in western medicine group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: EA at Ex-HN1 can increase concentrations of monoamines in the body, so as to play the anti-depression role.
