摘要
前列腺癌是威胁男士健康的主要癌症之一。目前,国内外研究者从天然产物中发现了大量抗前列腺癌的活性成分,如木脂素类、生物碱类、黄酮类、香豆素类、三萜类、蒽醌类、环烯醚萜类、脂肪酸类等。本文综述了各类化合物的化学结构及抗肿瘤活性,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Prostate cancer is one of the major cancers that threat men’s health. At present, a great number of natural products against prostate cancer have been reported by domestic and foreign researchers, including lignans, alkaloids, flavonoids, coumarins, tripterpenoids, quinones, iridoids and unsaturated fatty acids. We review herein the chemical structures and antitumor activities of these compounds. The future research direction in this field is prospected.
