摘要
阐述一种液压混合动力垃圾回收车辆的动力传动系统的构成和能量策略;采用整车性能模拟软件GT-DRIVE和自编程序联合模拟计算的方法,建立该液压混合动力垃圾回收车的整车燃油经济性计算模型;根据指定的运行工况对垃圾回收车的1个工作循环进行模拟,计算得到车辆的燃油消耗量和发动机工作工况点分布;将计算结果与原柴油机动力垃圾回收车的结果进行对比分析,研究液压混合动力车辆的燃油经济性。研究结果表明:液压混合动力技术既能回收利用车辆制动能,又能调整优化发动机的工作点,在指定工况内,最大节油量达43.30%,因此,该技术应用于常停常起工况的大质量车辆上具有较强的节油潜力和广阔的应用前景。
The configuration and power strategy of hydraulic hybrid garbage pickup vehicle powertrain system were detailed. The vehicle performance simulation software, i.e., GT-DRIVE, and a self developed program were used to build up the vehicle model, and was applied to compute the fuel economy of the vehicle. The computation was conducted using a typical driving cycle to simulate a working cycle of the garbage pickup. The simulated fuel economy of the hydraulic hybrid vehicle and the engine operation points were compared to that of the original vehicle. The results show that because the hydraulic hybrid concept can store and re-use energy and optimize the engine operation points, the greatest decrease in the rate of the fuel consumption is 43.30%. This technique has significant fuel economy potential when it is applied to vehicles of great mass and frequent start-stops.
