新生儿早发败血症相关高危因素的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 新生儿败血症是导致新生儿死亡的重要原因,发生率占活产儿的0.1%~1.0%,占极低体质量儿的16.4%,病死率为10%~50%[1]。其中早发败血症多见,对新生儿造成的危害也较严重。而新生儿败血症尤其是日龄越小的新生儿往往缺乏典型的临床表现,如果能够明确具有感染相关高危因素的高危新生儿,对其在早期进行感染筛查,争取在感染的早期即给予相应处理,可以降低其危害。本文对新生儿早发败血症相关的高危因素的研究进展进行综述。
