VITAPEX糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎27例疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察Vitapex糊剂作为根管消毒剂治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法 27例难治性根尖周炎患牙采用Vitapex糊剂根管内封药0.5~3.0个月,观察封药后疗效。结果 Vitapex糊剂根管内封药0.5~3.0个月后愈合20例,好转5例,总有效率为92.6%。结论 Vitapex糊剂作为根管消毒剂是治疗难治性根尖周炎的有效方法。
