摘要
"三多三少"的教学案例、学生参与的三重障碍、教师教学的三个误区,致使行政管理学的案例教学走入困境。通过精选案例建立本土化案例库、多元教法提升学生参与意识和转变观念,提高教师教学能力,便能破解这一困境。
Some factors are causing the case teaching of Administrative Management into troubles.They are the lack of contemporary,first-hand and domestic cases and thereby the large amount of past,second-hand and western cases;the three obstacles for students to participate in;the three misunderstandings in teachers' teaching.The article aims to solve the problems by establishing excellent local cases,improving students' participating consciousness by multiple teaching methods and improving teachers' teaching ability.
