摘要
原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinome,HCC)是一种常见的恶性疾病,病死率较高,乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)的感染是其发生的最主要原因之一,而其X基因编码的HBx蛋白可以通过与细胞周期相关因子、p53基因、细胞DNA、中心体、线粒体等相互作用而导致HCC的发生。通过对HBx的研究有助于阐明HBV相关肝细胞癌的发病机制,从而为肝癌的治疗和药物的研发提供理论依据。
The hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is a kind of malignant disease.Its mortality is higher.Hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection is the main reason of its occurrence.One of its X gene encoding HBx proteins can interact with the cell cycle related factors,p53gene,DNA,centrosome,mitochondria.Such interaction caused the occurrence of HCC.Research on HBx can help to elucidate the pathogenesis of HBV related HCC,Thus to provide theory for treatment of liver cancer and development of drugs which treat liver cancer.
