摘要
在分析常规PID控制原理和PID主参数作用的基础上,提出一种人工智能PID算法,并将该算法用于带材纠偏控制,根据偏差的程度自整定PID控制参数,有效地解决了控制过程中存在的矛盾。
A PID artificial intelligence algorithm was presented based on the analyses of conventional PID control theory and the roles of the main parameters of the PID. The algorithm was used to correct the position deviation of strip. According to the degree of deviation, PID control parameters were self-tuned. The Contradictions existed in control process are effectively resolved.
