摘要
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对BVG系列高速立式加工中心的床身进行模态和静力分析;根据仿真分析结果,针对床身设计中的薄弱环节进行改进,对改进后的床身进行模态和静力分析。结果表明,优化后床身的结构性能较原设计得到明显提高。
The static analysis and modal analysis on the performances of the bed of the high-speed vertical machining center were made using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. According to the analysis results, the bed was optimized aiming at weak area. The optimized bed was analyzed with static analysis and modal analysis methods. The results show that the structural performances of the bed is improved evidently.
