摘要 通过对胞质雄性不育陕2A 不同微粉量植株(株系)的微粉对不育系及杂种F1 的生长势、农艺性状、单株产量的影响的研究结果表明:陕2A 不育系多(强)微粉株系植株营养体大,生长势强,农艺性状较好,单株产量较高,其配制的杂种F1 杂种优势特别强;陕2A 不育系无微粉株系植株营养体小,农艺性状差,单株产量较低,其配制的杂种F1 杂种优势极弱;陕2A不育系少量微粉株系及杂种F1 的各性状表现为中间型。同时就多(强)微粉胞质不育系利用的有效方法进行了讨论。 The results from studying growth vigour, agronomic characters and single plant yield of the sterile line and F 1 affected by different micropollen of Shan 2A(CMS) showed that the sterile line with more micropollen had larger vegetative organ, stronger growth vigour, better agronomic characters and higer single plant yield, and stronger hybrid vigour of F 1 compared with that of the sterile line without micropollen and that the agronomic characters of the sterile line with less micropollen and its F 1 expressed the middle type. The effective method of using the sterile line with more micropollen was disscussed at the same time.
