摘要
[目的]建立压力罐消解-铬天青S分光光度法测定面制品中铝的方法。[方法]样品经压力罐消解处理后,三价铝离子在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲介质中,与铬天青S及溴化十六烷基三甲胺反应形成蓝色三元络合物,用分光光度法与标准比较定量。[结果]回收率为93.6%~103.5%,RSD为1.5%~4.4%,本法检出限0.5μg[1],与国标方法比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。[结论]该法具有设备简单、投资少、节能、安全、准确、实用性强的特点。
[Objective] To establishe a spectrophotometric method for determination of aluminum in flour products.[Methods]The sample was digested with closed-vesel.In the acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution,trivalent aluminum ion reacts with Chrome Azurol S and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide to form blue ternary complex which can be compared with the standard substance to quantify.[Results]Recovery of the method is from 93.6% to 103.5% with RSD between 1.5% and 4.4%.The detection limit that is 0.5 g had no statistic significance compared with national standard method(P0.05).[Conclusion]The method is safe,accurate,practical and energy saving with simple equipment and low investment.
