生物反馈联合电刺激对功能性便秘近期疗效的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价生物反馈联合电刺激治疗功能性便秘的近期疗效。方法对26例功能性便秘患者采用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗。平均治疗12.5次。每次治疗30分钟,观察治疗前、治疗过程中便秘症状各项指标的变化。结果26例患者治疗后,大便性状,排便次数,伴随症状等有所改善。结论生物反馈对功能性便秘患者近期治疗效果满意,是一种无创、简单有效的治疗手段。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Biofeedback associated with electric stimulation to functional constipation in the near future. Methods We selected 26 patients with funetional eonstipation, to give which Biofeedback assoeiated with electric stimulation training, the treatment cycle is two to three weeks, keep thirty minutes every time, and observe the symptom of functional constipation. Results The symptom of functional constipation has improved in frequency of defecation, character of defeeation, simultaneous phenomenon. Conclusion The curative effect of biofeedback training to functional constipation is satisfactory, biofeedback is a simple and valid deviee in functional eonstipation
