摘要细胞凋亡是由基因控制的细胞自主有序的死亡。其过程涉及基因的激活、表达和调控等。Smac是一种促凋亡因子，能与凋亡抑制蛋白家族中的XIAP相互作用，共同参与凋亡的调控。本文就Smac和XIAP在细胞凋亡中的作用作一简要综述。
