摘要 [目的]探讨农业温室气体(GHG)减排潜能与可持续发展。[方法]通过引用联合国政府间气候变化委员会评估报告相关数据,从减排技术潜能和减排经济潜能2个方面对农业GHG(主要包括CO2、CH4、N2O)的减排潜力及其影响因素进行分析与评价,并对农业GHG减排技术与前景进行评价与展望。[结果]农业GHG减排大约89%的潜能将来自土壤碳鏊合作用;农业GHG减排成本大约是0~27美元/t CO2-EQ;多数减排方案强调对现有技术的再利用,使其在不同领域得到广泛推广,同时注意加强可行的新型技术的研究与开发。[结论]即使农业GHG的排放与日俱增,但从长远角度看,农业GHG减排的潜力巨大。当前需要关注是,要确定气候变化、可持续性发展、改善环境质量三者的协同作用。 [Objective] The study aimed to discuss the potential of agricultural greenhouse gas(GHG) emission reduction and sustainable development.[Method] Through quoting the relevant data fromthe assessment report by UN's Intergovernmental Committee on Climate Change,from the 2 aspects of emission reduction technology potential and emission reduction economic potential,the potential of agricultural GHG(mainly including CO2,CH4,N2O) emission reduction and its influence factors were analyzed and assessed,and the agricultural GHGemission reduction technology and prospect were evaluated and prospected.[Result] About89% potential of agricultural GHGemission will come from the soil-carbon chelate affinity action.Agricultural GHGemission costis about0 ~ $27/tof CO2-EQ.The mostemissions schemes emphasized on the reuse of the existing technology so as to be widely popularized in the different fields and paid more attention on strengthening the research and developmenton the newtechnology thatis feasible.[Conclusion] Even if the agriculture GHG emission was increased day by day,but from a long-term perspective,the agricultural GHG emission reduction will have a great potential.The current need attention is to well determine the synergistic action of climate change,sustainable development,improvement of environment quality.
