赤霉素(GA_3)处理对甘蔗试管苗瓶外生根的影响 被引量:13

摘要 [目的]简化甘蔗试管苗的培养程序。[方法]用添加不同浓度赤霉素的MS培养基培养ROC22甘蔗试管苗,测定试管苗株高、节数量、移栽存活率等指标。[结果]赤霉素处理对试管苗的株高、节数量、移栽存活率和生根有促进作用,特别是对试管苗的株高、节的生长有显著促进作用,以赤霉素处理浓度1~3 mg/L为最好。[结论]赤霉素能显著地促进ROC22试管苗的瓶外生根率和存活率,因此甘蔗试管苗可以实现生根与驯化移栽一步完成。 [Objective]The purpose of this experiment is to simplify the sugarcane tissue culture procedure from in vitro rooting to nursery management.[Method]Micropropagated ROC22 shoots are cultured on MS medium supplemented with different concentration of Gibberellins.Then the height,quantity of nodes and survival rate of transplants are investigated.[Result]The results show that Gibberellins is beneficial to stem elongation,node development,higher survival rate of transplants and root system development,especially useful for the stem elongation,node growth and higher survival rate of transplants.The best concentration of Gibberellins treatment is in the range of 1-3 mg/L.[Conclusion]Gibberellins treatment can significantly improve the ex vitro rooting and survival rate of transplants,which indicates that the acclimation and rooting of sugarcane micropropagated shoots could be integrated together in the nursery.
