摘要
本文从教育史角度梳理了对教师技能由无意识、推崇至质疑和反思的历程;从教育制度层面、课程标准层面、教师专业标准层面论证了教师技能的不可或缺;从技能需要思想引领、技能发挥需要智慧、技能需要上升到艺术等三个维度分析了教师成长中超越技能的必要性。
From the perspective of education history, the paper reviews the progress of perception towards teachers' skills from unconsciousness, admiration, questioning to self-examination, demonstrates the indispensability of teachers' skills in terms of educational system, curriculum standards and level of teachers' professionalism, and analyzes the necessity of surpassing skills in teachers' development from three dimensions: the guidance of thoughts to skills, the wisdom to skills' performance and the elevation of skills to be art.
