摘要
针对某公司催化重整装置变压吸附氢气提纯系统管道外表面的大量裂纹,应用光谱、金相等检测手段并结合现场工况对其进行了检测和分析,分析认为,该系统管道外表面的大量裂纹为制造缺陷。
Inspection and analysis had been done on the cracks of piping surface in pressure swing absorption system of catalytic reforming installation.The optical spectrum analysis and metallographic analysis had been used.The failure mode of the piping had been analyzed.The final conclusion is that the incurrence of cracks on piping had been caused during fabrication.
