摘要
为降低抽油机的装机功率,以大庆油田10-3-37型抽油机为例,测试抽油机井电动机的启动时间与转速规律,计算电动机的启动转矩和启动功率;提出加装变频器进行软启动的抽油机井电动机的降低启动功率方案,通过延长启动时间,使电动机启动特性变化,实现启动功率和装机功率降低的目的.现场试验结果表明:该方案能将10-3-37型抽油机装机功率由37 kW降低到22 kW,说明可以通过改变拖动装置的电特性,有效降低抽油机的装机功率.
In order to depress well electromotor startup power and measure the startup time and rotating speed of well electromotor,startup torsion and power are obtained.With these work,the design has been made.Then experiments in and out have been done.The result is that the design is successful with changing frequency which makes well electromotor startup gently,so power consumption declines from 37 kW to 22 kW.
