摘要
介绍了压缩机电机定子的端部绕组外防护绝缘片和定子绕组相间绝缘的结构,并针对它们的结构形式和生产工艺弊端,提出绕组外防护绝缘圈和定子绕组相间绝缘圈的新结构形式。在简化操作,提高产效及降耗节能方面具有积极意义。
Weakness of current structure of the external protection ring for the end winding of the stator as well as the phase-to-phase insulation of the stator were introduced.A new construction of the external protection ring of the stator end winding and phase-to-phase insulation in the stator were suggested,which played a significant role to simplify the process,increase production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
