摘要
提出以4路电流模块LTM4601并联的方式实现低压大电流输出的解决方案,其关键是并联模块间的均流,设计以4路交错90°的波形分别同步4路模块的波形交错技术实现。设计的独特之处在于并联电源系统输出电流母线引入电流反馈以实现输出电流值的控制。基于大电流印刷电路板(PCB)设计得到电源样机,其实验结果与设计目标基本相符。实验得到最大输出电流达到40 A,电源转换效率在80%以上,并验证电源系统的过电压保护和过电流保护以及强制停机等功能。
The paper proposed a low voltage and high output current solution by paralleling four current mode modules LTM4601, and balanced the current of each module by interleaving parallel technique, and synchronized each module by four interleaving 90 degree waves. It was special that controlling the value of output current by inserting feedback from output current mother line. Prototype was made based on high current PCB design, and experiment results are basically identical with design target. The max output current was 40A, and convert efficiency was over 80%. The conclusion was verified experimentally, including over voltage protection, over current protection ,run control and so on.
