摘要
利用核基因片段,对鸡公山和桐柏山连翘野生种群20个个体进行了遗传多样性分析.核基因数据得到6个单倍型(A~F),单倍型多样性指数为0.479±0.083,核酸多样性指数为0.001 47±0.000 37.桐柏山种群遗传多样性水平较高,为0.516±0.132,核酸多样性指数为0.002 05±0.000 67,鸡公山种群遗传多样性水平较低为0.442±0.087,核酸多样性指数为0.000 92±0.000 18.研究发现,连翘野生种群目前仍具有较高的遗传多样性,但部分人类活动较多的地区已经造成了连翘遗传多样性的降低.
In this study,20 individuals of 2 populations sampled in Jigong Mountain and Tongbai Mountian were analyzed.One nuclear DNA regions were used to detect the genetic diversity of Forsythia suspensa.One nuclear DNA regions were used to detect the genetic diversity of F.suspensa.Based on nuclear DNA data,six haplotypes(A~F) were identified,the h and π were 0.501±0.076 and 0.002 53±0.000 49,respectively.Genetic diversity for population in Tongbai Mountian was h=0.516±0.132,π=0.002 05±0.000 67,which was higher than Jigong Mountain,h=0.442±0.087,π=0.000 92±0.000 18.The results indicate that the Forsythia suspensa's wild populations still have high genetic diversity,but the genetic diversity of populations which diturbed by human declined dramatically.
