摘要
目的探讨创伤性鼻中隔穿孔的，临床表现和治疗效果。方法对12例因为创伤性鼻中隔穿孔的患者观察其临床表现以及手术修补的效果。结果12例患者中经过3月～5年多的观察随访，11例愈合，1例在鼻中隔穿孔的后缘裂开约有2nml缝隙，因为没有症状，未再治疗。结论对因为创伤引起的鼻中隔穿孔，应该根据实际情况进行清创或者修补，兼顾其他外伤的治疗．复合瓣效果好，游离瓣膜可根据情况选用。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and treatment of the traumatic septal perforation. Methods 12 cases of traumatic septal perforation were operated, and the symption and operative effects were observed. Results 12 patients received following-up from 3 months to 5 years, 11 cases were healing, 1 case had 2 mm aperture in the posterior edge of the septal perfortion but had no symptom without treatment again. Conclusion Traumatic septal perforation should be debrided or repaired and taken into account of the other trauma according to the actual situation. Complex flap has a good effect and the flee tissue graft can be chosen according to the situation.
