蜂胶对小鼠T细胞亚群及主要相关细胞因子分泌的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为阐明蜂胶对小鼠特异性细胞免疫应答的影响特点,选择1、2、4 mg/只3个剂量分别经腹腔注射给6周龄Balb/c小鼠,在0、7、10、15 d采血样,采用流式细胞术、ELISA分别测定小鼠外周血CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞数量、血清中IFN-γ、IL-4含量。结果显示,与注射蜂胶前相比,各不同剂量的蜂胶均能够使CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞数量显著提高,并且蜂胶促进CD4+T细胞数量上升的效果优于对CD8+T细胞的效果;CD4/CD8比值提高;血清中IL-4含量显著提高,IFN-γ含量显著下降,其中2 mg/只剂量效果最佳。结果表明,蜂胶对小鼠特异性细胞免疫应答的影响主要表现在提高CD4+T细胞的Th2亚群。 To illuminate the effect of propolis on specific immune response in mice,Balb/c mice at 6 weeks age were treated with peritoneal injection using three doses(1 mg,2 mg and 4 mg) of propolis.The blood samples were obtained at 0 d,7 d,10 d and 15 d after injection,and the CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood,and IFN-γ,IL-4 in serum were detected using flow cytometry and ELISA,respectively.The results showed that the mice treated with each dose of propolis could significantly increase the amounts of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and ratio of CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood,and the effect on CD4+ T cells was higher than that on CD8+ T cells.After treated with propolis,the quantity of IL-4 in serum was also significantly increased,but the amount of IFN-γ was decreased.Among three doses,the 2 mg for each individual was optimal.These results suggested that the effect of propolis on specific immune response in was mainly presented to improve the Th2 subset of CD4+ T cells.
