摘要
在烟煤锅炉上掺烧褐煤时,磨煤机的干燥出力下降已经成为制约掺烧褐煤的一个瓶颈,出现的一个突出问题就是由于褐煤的水分含量很高而造成原有磨煤机干燥出力严重不足,致使磨煤机制粉能力严重下降,本文全面分析粉系统干燥剂的温度水平偏低原因并提出应对措施。
When mix-burn lignite in the boiler firing bituminous coal,the dry output drop of will has beacome on obstacle constrain lignite mix-burning.An outstanding problem occured is caused by acute shortage of orignial mill dry output due to high water content of lignite,which lead to the seriously decrease of mill pulverizing cqpacity.This article analyzes the reason of the temperature of puluerizing system desicant is low and provides measures.
