摘要
用化学方法测定64个大米样品中的淀粉含量,利用近红外谷物分析仪采集样品的近红外光谱,选择合适的光谱区间和光谱预处理方法。50个定标集样品的近红外光谱经二阶导数及标准多元离散校正(Standard MSC)预处理,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立了大米中的淀粉含量测定的定标模型,其相关系数为0.8780。14个验证集样品用于外部检验,大米中的淀粉含量的模型预测值与化学值之间的相关系数为0.9498。
The march content in 64 samples of rice are analyzed by the standard chemical analysis method.The near infrared spectra of the samples are collected by the Near Infrared Grain Analyzer.The proper spectral rangs and spectrum pre-treatment methods are selected.The near infrared spectra of 50 calibration samples are pretreated by the second derivative and Standard MSC,and the calibration model is established.The determination coefficient of the calibration model of march content in rice established by partial least square(PLS)is 0.878 0.14 samples in the validation sets are used for external inspection to forcast the march content in rice.The results indicate that the correlation coefficient of the true value and prediction value is 0.949 8.
