长庆油田池46联合站采油污水回注处理实验研究 被引量:12

Re-injection Treatment of Chi-46 Oilfield-produced Water in Changqing Oilfield

摘要 针对中国石油长庆油田池46联合站采油污水含油量、悬浮物、硫化物、细菌含量高的特点,通过调整污水pH值,优选除硫剂种类及加药量、无机絮凝剂和有机絮凝剂种类、加药量及加药间隔,对采出水进行了回注处理研究。结果表明:当调节污水pH值为7.5、除硫剂加量为15 mg/L,聚合氯化铝加量为80 mg/L、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺加量为1.0 mg/L、絮凝剂与助凝剂的加药间隔时间为30到40 s时,处理后水悬浮物含量和含油量分别为0.9 mg/L和2.2 mg/L,平均腐蚀速率和细菌含量分别为0.014 5 mm/a和101个/L,达到油田回注水的水质标准。 pH,category and dosage of desulphurizing reagent and flocculating agent and interval of agent additive were optimized to treat the produced sewage of Chi-46 joint station which has large contents of oil,suspended substance,bacteria and sulfide.It was shown that the suspended solids and oil concentrations of treated water were 0.9 mg/L and 2.2 mg/L respectively and average corrosion rate and bacteria quality were 0.014 5 mm/a and 101 ind/mL separately under the conditions of pH 7.5,dosage of desulphurizing reagent 15 mg/L,inorganic flocculating agent 80 mg/L,organic flocculating agent 1.0 mg/L and interval of agent additive 30~40 s.Results indicated that the quality of the treated water could meet the recommended quality standard of re-injection water.
