摘要
政府门户网站经过十多年的发展，服务能力越来越强，已经成为政府与公众联系的重要载体，在服务型政府建设中发挥着重要作用。目前政府门户网站的发展又步入了一个关键时期，面临着大好的发展机遇，也面临政府职能转变的挑战。如何把握机遇，建设好服务型政府门户网站，是我们面临的一个重要课题。文章就政府门户网站的建设，提出几点思考和建议，为新时期政府网站建设出谋划策。
After ten years of development, government portal＇s service capacity is growing, it has become an important link between the Government and the public, and play an important role in the construction of service-oriented government. The government portal＇s development has entered a critical period, and also it＇s facing great development opportunities and challenges in the transformation of government functions. How to grasp the opportunity to build service- oriented government portal is an important issue that we must face is In this paper, a few thoughts and suggestions are put forward to the construction of the Government portal for the new era government websites.
