摘要
以芦苇杆粉末为基材,按芦苇、酚醛树脂不同配比经高压热模成形和真空烧结制备木陶瓷;分析了原料配比、烧结温度对芦苇木陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:芦苇基木陶瓷的力学性能优于其他木质陶瓷。
Taking the reed as the basic material, the reed woodcerarnic were prepared by reed and phenolic resin mixed in different ratios, and formed with high - pressure and high - temperture in mould and sintered in the vacuum . The effect of ratios of material and sintering temperature on reed woodeeramic properties were analysed. The results showed that the mechanical properties of reed woodceramics were superior to those of other kinds of woodceramic.
