摘要 利用熔体直接纺一头两尾聚合设备的工艺路线,成功研制了680 dtex/192 f涤纶有光三叶POY产品,优化加工工艺后,成功制得优质低弹丝。研制结果表明,较低的熔体管道输送温度、纺丝温度284~286℃,冷却采用侧吹风冷却加弧形板、整流板的方式,集束点在1 500~1 600 mm处,上油选择适合纺制粗旦POY的油嘴(进口专用大油嘴),使用双油嘴并列上油,使用分散式网络喷嘴等工艺条件生产比较适合加工该规格粗旦丝,产品截面为三叶形,有菱形光效果。产品品质稳定,后加工及织造效果良好。 By using the process route of one head two tails polymerization equipments in melt direct spinning,680 dtex/192 f PET bright trilobal POY product was developed successfully.By reasonable optimization after-processing technology,high quality low-elastic yarn was obtained succesfully.The development results showed that lower melt pipeline transportation temperature,the spinning temperature 284~286 ℃,cross air blow installing a arc-shaped board and a rectifying plate,the collection poistion 1 500~1 600 mm,the nozzle suitable for the spinning of coarse denier POY(imported special big nozzle),double nozzle parallel oiling,dispersed network nozzle are suitable for the processing of this coarse denier yarn.The product cross section is trilobal and has diamond light effect.The product quality is stable.The after processing and weaving effect is good.
