摘要
在pH9.50的1.60 mol/L NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl缓冲液体系中,铜(Ⅱ)-2-氨基-4-苯基噻唑-3,5-二溴水杨醛络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上于-0.36 V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附还原波,其2.5次微分吸附波灵敏度高,波形好.峰值e_(pp)与铜(Ⅱ)浓度在4.0×10^(-8)~6.5×10^(-6)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系;其检测限为1.0×10^(-8)mol/L Cu(Ⅱ).该法用于合金试样中微量铜测定,结果较好.本文对络合物的组成及波的性质进行了探讨.
The electrochemical behavior of Cu (Ⅱ)-3, 5-dibromosalicydene-2-amino-4-phenythiazole(Dbsal-PhTA) complex was investigated in a buffer solution of 1. 60 mol/L NH3·H2O-NH4Cl(pH =9.5), the Cu(Ⅱ)-Dbsal-PhTA complex produces a reduction peak at -0.36 V(vs.SCE). Underoptimum conditions the detection limit and the linear range of Cu( E ) were 1.0×10-8mol/L and 4.0×10-8 mol/L -6.5×10-6mol/L respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of microamounts of copper in Al-alloy and metallic standardized samples with satisfactory results. The behavior ofthe polarographic wave was also discussed.
