摘要 通过对来样袜品的结构分析和参数测试,结合服装对人体产生压力的物理机理分析得出:抗压力袜的压力由材料变形产生,主要来自弹性纤维和特殊的织物组织结构;分段压力主要由纱圈排列密度的变化而产生,受弹性纤维在各部段的织入长度控制.进一步制定出生产工艺单并试织,得到的压力分布与来样袜品基本一致,均符合SIGEL分级压力理论. The physical mechanism of clothing pressure on human body of the samples is analyzed by the structure analyzing and parameter testing.The conclusion is that the material deformation which produces pressure,is mainly from the elastic fiber and a special fabric structure.The changes in density of yarn loops arrangement,which is controlled by the weaving length,produces gradual change in pressure.A knitting technical form is made for trial knitting,the pressure distribution of the product is consistent with the samples',which is in line with SIGEL grade pressure theory.
