摘要
使用HDC催化剂在环管聚丙烯装置上进行了EP3T56F无规共聚和EPC30R-H抗冲共聚聚丙烯的工业生产,考察了HDC催化剂的性能并与参比催化剂进行了对比。结果表明,HDC催化剂具有活性高、生产的聚合物细粉少的特点,完全适合在环管反应器工业装置上生产共聚聚丙烯。
The random copolymers EP3T56F and high-impact copolymers EPC30R-H were produced in loop reactor for polypropylene with HDC catalyst, the performance of HDC catalyst investigated and compared with other catalysts. The results show that the HDC catalyst has advantages of higher catalytic activity, fewer polymer fines in production and it is suitable for propylene copolymerization with propylene in loop reactor.
