产β-甘露聚糖酶的海洋微生物的筛选 被引量:5

摘要 以含有2%的NaCl培养基,从海泥、海水样品中用魔芋精粉为碳源,富集和分离产β-甘露聚糖酶的菌株,再经过平板水解圈初筛和发酵复筛得到稳定高产β-甘露聚糖酶的菌株L1。L1菌株的最佳生长条件包括:种龄12h、温度30℃,摇瓶装液量为100mL(250mL三角瓶),接种量为2%,摇床转速为160r/min,培养时间24h,β-甘露聚糖酶活力达到34.31U/mL。
