PS微球胶体晶体及其反相SiO_2结构的制备和表征 被引量:5

摘要 采用水平沉积方法,制作了多种FCC结构的聚苯乙烯(PS)胶体晶体,并实现了直径在2~10μm一类大球的自组装。以PS胶体晶体为模板,采用垂直沉积方法得到了二氧化硅(S iO2)胶体晶体的反相结构。文中还对两种沉积方法进行了比较。 Various FCC structured colloid crystals were fabricated using polystyrene(PS) as blocking units by the horizontal deposition method,and PS spheres with diameter range from 2 μm to 10 μm can be used for the self-assembly of colloidal crystals.Using the PS colloid crystals as template,silica(SiO2) inverse opals were fabricated by the vertical deposition method.The differences between the horizontal deposition method and the vertical deposition method were also discussed in this paper.
