摘要
以五水硫酸铜和1,10-邻菲咯啉为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备邻菲咯啉铜(II)微纳米棒,研究pH值和温度对产物形貌和尺寸的影响。通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis、FT-IR、元素分析和荧光光谱表征产物的结构与性能。结果表明,硫酸铜溶液的pH值显著影响室温时反应产物的物相和形貌。当起始pH值为2.0和5.0时,分别生成了微米级的花状和长片状的单斜晶系[Cu(phen)(H2O)2].SO4;当pH值上升至9.0和11.0时,分别生成了平均直径172 nm和253 nm的[Cu(phen)(OH)]2SO4.5H2O棒状结构。在pH值为9.0条件下,棒状产物的直径随着反应温度的降低而减小,4℃时可获得平均直径为87 nm的纳米棒。此外,片状[Cu(phen)(H2O)2].SO4的荧光光谱相对于纳米棒状[Cu(phen)(OH)]2SO4.5H2O出现蓝移和发射增强现象。
Micro-nanoscale rod-like copper(Ⅱ) phenanthroline sulfate was synthesized by liquid-phase precipitation method using copper sulfate and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) as raw materials.The effect of pH value and temperature on the morphologies and sizes of final products were investigated.The resultant products were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-Vis,FT-IR,elemental analysis and photoluminescence spectrum.The results show that pH value has obviously influenced the phases and morphologies of copper(Ⅱ) phenanthroline sulfate complex prepared at room temperature.When pH value of CuSO4 solution equals to 2.0 and 5.0,microscale flower-like and long sheet-like structures of monoclinic [Cu(phen)(H2O)2]·SO4 are obtained,respectively.When the initial pH raise up to 9.0 and 11.0,rod-like structures of [Cu(phen)(OH)]2SO4·5H2O are synthesized with average diameter of about 172 nm and 253 nm,respectively.With the initial pH of 9.0,the diameter of rod-like products can decrease with the reduction of the reaction temperature from 60 ℃ to 4 ℃,and the average diameter of 87 nm can be obtained when the reaction temperature is about 4 ℃.In addition,the photoluminescence spectrum of sheet-like [Cu(phen)(H2O)2]·SO4 shows a blue shift and an enhanced emission compared with that of the nanorod-like [Cu(phen)(OH)]2SO4·5H2O.
