摘要
聘请外籍教师从事教学和课题研究是新建本科院校提升教学水平和加强学科建设的重要途径,外籍教师已成为这类高校师资队伍中不可或缺的组成部分。笔者结合工作实践,客观分析了新建本科院校外籍教师聘请与管理中存在的主要问题,重点探讨了做好新建本科院校外籍教师聘请与管理工作的策略办法。
The Employment of foreign teachers to be engaged in teaching and researching is one of the important approaches through which a better teaching level and enhanced discipline build-up could be achieved.Foreign teachers have become inseparable constituents of the teachers of higher education.In this article,a subjective analysis based on practical experience about the major problems,the newly established higher education institutions confronts in the employment and management of foreign teachers,is conducted with an emphasis on the strategies of the employment and management of foreign teachers.
