摘要
目的评价CO2激光治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法将入选的135例跖疣患者随机分成两组,治疗组70例,予优化CO2激光治疗;对照组65例,予传统CO2激光治疗。随访半年,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈58例,显效9例,有效率为95.71%。对照组痊愈42例,显效11例,有效率为81.54%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化CO2激光治疗跖疣对组织损伤小,疣体脱落彻底,复发率低,手术时间短,值得临床上选用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of carbon dioxide laser treatment for plantar warts. Methods The patients were divided into two groups randomly. The 70 patients of treatment group recieved optimized CO2 laser method , while 65 subjects of control group received the traditional method. The individual superiority was compared and analyzed during six months＇follow-up. Results In treatment group, 58 cases were cured and 9 cases responded well. The effect rate was 95.71%. Meanwhile,42 cases of control group recovered and 11 cases responded well. The effect rate was 81.54%. The comparison of effect rate between two groups was （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was notably difference. Conclusion By using the optimized method of carbon dioxide laser treatment,the clinical effects meet the requirements and the surgery time is short. It deserves wide clinical application.
