摘要 用碱沉淀法制备的Si-FeOOH作非均相催化剂,研究其催化H2O2降解活性艳红MX-5B的效能,考察了温度、过氧化氢浓度、催化剂投量、活性艳红浓度对活性艳红脱色率的影响,并从溶铁量及与FeOOH对比等方面反应催化剂的性能.结果表明:在活性艳红初始浓度为10mg·L-1,温度为60℃,pH=3,Si-FeOOH投量为0.2g·L-1,H2O2浓度为1.5mmol·L-1的最佳反应条件下,活性艳红MX-5B的脱色率达97.9%.此外,Si-FeOOH比FeOOH有较高的脱色效果,且溶铁量很低,稳定性较好,重复利用性较好. In this study,a Si-FeOOH heterogeneous catalyst for the Fenton reaction was prepared by sodium hydroxide precipitation.The factors that influence the degradation of reactive red MX-5B under Fenton conditions,such as temperature and the dosages of H2O2,Si-FeOOH and reactive red MX-5B were investigated.The optimal conditions were as follows:the initial concentration of reactive red MX-5B 10 mg·L-1,temperature 60℃,pH=3,catalyst dosage 0.2 g·L-1,H2O2 dosage 1.5 mmol·L-1.Under these conditions,the removal of reactive red could reach 97.9%.Si-FeOOH had a stronger degradation effect on reactive red MX-5B than FeOOH.In addition,Si-FeOOH had a low level of dissolved Fe(Ⅱ/III) and had good stability for repeated use.
