摘要
新生代农民工已成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分,提升他们的劳动技能水平和科学文化素质,将直接影响我国的产业发展和工业化水平。文章根据目前新生代农民工的心理需求特点,提出了相应的培训建议。
In China, the new generation of migrant workers has become an important component of industrial workers, and improving their skills and knowledge will affect the level of development and industrialization. According to the present characteristics on psychological needs of the the new generation of migrant workers, this article puts forward the suggestions about the vocational training.
