有机磷农药对胆碱能系统影响研究进展 被引量:2

STUDY PROGRESS ON EFFECTS OF ORGANOPHOSPHOROUS PESTICIDES ON CHOLINERGIC SYSTEM

摘要 有机磷农药具有高效、低毒等特点被广泛应用于农业生产,其残留对生物和人类的健康构成了潜在的威胁。由于有机磷农药主要通过影响胆碱能系统的活性发挥其神经毒性作用,因此本文综述了有机磷农药对胆碱能系统中乙酰胆碱脂酶、胆碱乙酰转移酶、毒蕈碱型受体和烟碱型受体产生的影响及可能的致毒机理。有机磷农药首先抑制乙酰胆碱脂酶的活性产生神经毒性作用;某些情况下也可以影响胆碱乙酰转移酶的活性;还可以直接抑制毒蕈碱型受体磷酸化,或者与烟碱型受体结合并影响其离子通道开关。 The organophosphorus pesticide(OPs) has been widely used in agriculture due to the high efficiency and low toxicity.The high levels of OPs residue have led to several contamination incidents and showed potential threat to aquatic organisms and human health.Ops exert their neurotoxicity through disturbing the function of cholinergic system,thus the effects and potential mechanisms of OPs on acetylcholinesterase(AChE),choline acetyltransferase(ChAT),muscarinic receptor(mAChR) and nicotine receptor(nAChR) were reviewed in this paper.The main neurotoxicity mechanism of OPs is inhibiting AChE activity and the activity of ChAT can be influenced in some cases.The neurotoxicity can also be exerted by decreasing the phosphorylation of mAChR or binding to the nAChR and thus affecting the ion channel switch.
