摘要
基本培养基加脯氨酸和水解酪蛋白组成的诱导培养基Ⅲ,可诱导参试的大多数玉米自交系、杂交种及远缘杂交后代,10~15mm 长的雌雄幼穗产生胚性愈伤组织,并通过继代增殖分化再生完整植株。各种基因型之间,愈伤组织诱导率差导较大,有的诱导率为0 ,有的高达80% ,大致有杂交种> 自交系> 远缘杂交后代的趋势。
The young ears and tassels of 10~15mm long from most of the maize inbreds, hybrids and distant hybridization progenies in the experiment are induced to produce embryogenic calli on the induction medium Ⅲ, that is prepeared with L proline and hydrolyzed casein added to the basic medium. Complete plants are regenerated through propagation and differentiation of the calli. Remarkable difference of callus induction rate is found among these genotypes. Callus could not be induced with some genotypes while some others produce more with a rate about 80%. The sequence of the induction rate appeares to be: hybrids>inbreds>distant hybridization progenies. The induction rate of young ears is a little higher than young tassels.
