摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展以及中国企业竞争力的增强,中国管理学建构与发展成为管理学者关注的重要议题。从以往研究看,关于中国管理学的建构效用问题,一直缺少应有的重视,尤其是忽视了涉及中国管理学效用的一些深层次的矛盾悖论问题。为此,从时间、空间、思维方式、路径方向等方面梳理出影响中国管理学效用的4组矛盾,即历史经验与现实经验的矛盾、理论借鉴的准确性与艺术性的矛盾、直觉思维与逻辑思维的矛盾、由外向内与由内向外的矛盾。通过对这4组矛盾的系统剖析,并提出相应的平衡和协调策略,旨在推动中国管理学提高自身效用,并对国际管理知识库做出贡献。
With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the enhancement of Chinese enterprises' competence, the management scholars pay more attention to construction and development of Chinese Management, which has become a very important topic. The former studies had little consideration on construction's value of Chinese management, particularly neglecting some deep-seated contradictive problems of Chinese management value. In this paper, we propose four groups of contradiction, which impact on Chinese management value from the aspect of time, space, ways of thinking and the path. They are the contradiction which oppose historical to real-world experiences, theoretical accuracy to artistry of learning, intuitive thinking to logical thinking, the outside-in to the inside-out. It puts forward related balance and coordination strategies through analyzing these contradictions in order to promote the own value of Chinese management and to make greater contributions to the International Management Knowledge Base.
