摘要
特高压直流输电工程在悬垂串上将广泛采用机械强度等级≥300kN的大吨位复合绝缘子,对其运行中机械载荷特性的研究是合理选型它的基础。为此建立了架空输电导线有限元模型和试验验证了的复合绝缘子V型串的机械特性模型;针对大吨位复合绝缘子FXBZ-800/550在特高压直流V型串上的应用,仿真研究了导线脱冰跳跃、风偏和舞动等动态运行过程中V型串复合绝缘子所承受的动态拉、压载荷,分析覆冰厚度、风速大小和舞动幅值对绝缘子受力大小的影响,得到了V型串复合绝缘子动态载荷相对于其对应静态载荷的放大倍数。研究结果可作为开展大吨位复合绝缘子动态载荷可靠性试验及V型串大吨位复合绝缘子安全系数选取的理论参考依据。
In UHVDC transmission projects,long tonnage composite insulators with mechanical strength of 300 kN and above will be widely used for V-type strings.Research on operating mechanical characteristics of long tonnage composite insulators is the basis for properly insulator selecting.Therefore,a finite element model of overhead transmission line as well as mechanical model for V-type composite insulator verified by load test was constructed.In view of the application of composite insulator FXBZ-800/550 in UHVDC V-type strings,the dynamic tensile and compressive loads under the dynamic operating conditions such as ice shedding,wind swaying and conductor galloping were studied through numeric simulation,and the influences of ice thickness,wind velocity and galloping amplitude on the insulator loads were also studied,furthermore,the amplification ratio of dynamic peak loads relative to their corresponding static loads was obtained.This research results can provide theoretical references for developing long tonnage composite insulator dynamic load reliability test and selecting its safety coefficient.
