摘要
介绍了一种基于MSP430F2013单片机的热敏电阻低功耗高精度体温计设计,分析了NTC热敏电阻的电阻-温度特性,利用单片机片上18 ppm(1ppm=10-6)电压基准为非平衡电桥提供激励电压,利用片内16位A/D和其过采样方式,实现高灵敏度热敏电阻的信号采集和数字化,通过多项式拟合的方法矫正热敏电阻的非线性能使系统获得较高的测温精度。根据低功耗高精度测温的要求,给出了体温计的具体硬件电路设计和相应的流程图。所完成的测温系统具有集成度高、精度高、功耗低和成本低的特点。
Introduced a design of low power high- precision thermistor thermometer based on MSP430F2013 ; the NTC thermistor resistance -- temperature characteristics was analyed; The on--chip 18 ppm (1 ppm=10-6) voltage reference provided power for the non-- equilibrium bridge . Using on chip 16--bit A/D and its over--sampling method to achieve high sensitivity thermistor signal acquisition and digitalization. Using ratio metric operation , over--sampling method and 3--order polynomial fitting calculation, the system realized high--resolution, high accurate temperature measurement. This design has the feature of simple structure, low power consumption and low cost characteristics.
