摘要
根据所设计的一种磁电式相位差式EPS扭矩传感器的结构以及EPS扭矩传感器的工作环境,提出将数字化细分方法应用与此扭矩传感器;通过数字化细分方法测量传感器扭杆弹簧两端的角度间接地测量相位差;最后搭建了一个测量角度的原型机对此方法进行测试,测试结果表明角度的测量精度可达0.1°,从而其扭矩测量精度也可达到0.64nm,能够满足EPS系统的控制精度要求。
according to the structure of a phase type electromagnetic EPS torque sensor and it' s working environment, proposed digi tized subdividing method is applied to the torque sensor. Measure the phase indirectly by measuring the angle at both end of the torsion bar. Finally build a prototype measuring angles to test this method. The resuh show that the angle measurement accuracy up to 0.1°, thus the torque precision can be achieved 0. 64Nm, which can meet to the request of EPS system control precision.
