摘要
目的:探讨细胞角蛋白19-2G2(CK19-2G2)与肺癌血清学检测其他指标的关系。方法:用化学发光免疫分析法测定71例肺癌患者血清CK19-2G2的水平,并同步检测临床肿瘤诊断常用的血清学指标CEA、NSE、Cyfra211水平,与52例肺部良性疾病和40例健康体检者进行对照比较。结果:肺癌组血清CK19-2G2水平显著高于肺部良性疾病组和健康对照组(均P<0.01);肺部良性疾病组和健康对照组之间无统计学意义。相关分析显示,肺癌患者血清CK19-2G2水平与CEA、NSE、Cyfra211呈正相关性(r=0.234,P<0.01;r=0.272,P<0.01;r=0.529,P<0.01)。CK192G2针对肺癌的诊断效率为84.05%,高于CEA、NSE和Cyfra211。结论:CK19-2G2与临床常见的肿瘤血清学检测指标CEA、NSE、Cyfra211相关,为一种新的辅助诊断肺癌的血清标记物,其针对肺癌的诊断效率高于CEA、NSE和Cyfra211。
Objective To evaluate the relations between CK19-2G2 and the other serologic markers of lung cancer diagnosis.Methods Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the level of serum CK19-2G2 in 71 patients with lung cancer, 52 patients with benign lung diseases and 40 healthy individuals. The CEA, NSE and Cyfra211 were detected simuhaneously.Results The levels of serum CK19-2G2 in patients with lung cancer were significant higher than that in healthy control groups and benign lung diseases groups （all P 〈 0.01 ）. There was not significant difference between the healthy control group and benign lung disease group. Correlation analysis resuhs suggested that the serum CK19-2G2 levels in patients with lung cancer were positively related to CEA,NSE and Cyfra211 （r = 0.234,P 〈 0.01 ;r = 0.272,P 〈 0.01 ;r = 0.529 ,P 〈 0.01 ）.The diagnostic efficiency of CK19-2G2 to lung cancer was 84.05%, and it higher than that of CEA, NSE and Cyfra211. Conclusion The serum CK19-2G2 levels in patients with lung cancer were positively related to CEA, NSE and Cyfra211 .It may be a good new serologic marker of lung cancer diagnosis, and the diagnostic efficiency is higher than that of CEA, NSE and Cytra211.
