摘要
在访谈调查的基础上,探究制约小学语文教师专业发展的因素,发现:对"专业发展"内涵的理解失之偏颇;个人自主专业发展意识较为淡薄;专业发展环境不够理想是制约当前小学语文教师专业发展的三个主要因素。
On the basis of interviews,the paper discovers the following three main factors restricting professional development of Chinese teachers in primary schools:partial understanding of the connotation of "professional development";thin sense of personal autonomous professional development and non-ideal professional development environment.
