摘要
主要介绍了机械加工过程中的低碳制造相关理论和技术方法.将机械加工低碳制造技术体系结构重点划分为产品低碳设计,低碳生产过程,低碳能源开发等3个部分.涉及了轻量化、模块化及生态化的产品设计方法;生产过程中的加工设备部件优化与零部件再造技术,先进工艺及切削技术与优化方法,高效生产模式及调度管理方法等低碳制造技术相关方面的内容.
This paper mainly introduces low carbon manufacturing related theory and technology in the machining process.The machinery processing low carbon manufacturing technology system structure is divided into low product carbon design,low carbon production process,low carbon energy development and so on.The paper involves low carbon manufacturing technology related content,such as a lightweight,modular and zoological product design method;optimizing technology of processing equipment components and parts reengineering technology in the machining process,advanced process and cutting technology and optimization method;efficient mode of production and dispatching management methods.
