摘要
在超长钢筋混凝土结构施工中,为防止混凝土受温度应力和干缩应力而引起开裂,通常采用设置后浇带的方法加以处理。一般每30—40m设一道后浇带,40—50d后再浇筑膨胀混凝土。这种常规的后浇带施工,工序复杂,施工时间长,质量不易保证。东莞商业中心三期B区H-6项目工程施工中,结合超长混凝土结构的具体特点,采用超长混凝土结构无缝施工技术,把后浇带改变为膨胀加强带,有效地控制了超长混凝土结构裂缝开展,加快了施工进度,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。
During the process of super-long reinforced concrete structure construction, the method of setting post-cast strip is often used to prevent stress cracking caused by thermal stress and shrinkage of concrete. Generally, a post-cast strip should be set every 30 - 40 meters, and then expansive concrete be poured after 40 - 50 days. The disadvantages of the conventional post-cast strip construction are that the process is complex, and construction period is very long. What is more,it is difficult to guarantee the quality by this kind of construction method. In the construction of Dongguan commercial center B, H-6 Phase Ⅲ, the post-cast strip is displaced by expansion-reinforcing band With seamless construction technology according to the specific characteristics of super-long structural concrete. The alteration not only controls the crack of super-long structure concrete effectively, but also accelerates construction and obtains positive social and economic benefits.
